Educator Effectiveness

The Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System provides professionally certified staff with a performance-based evaluation that directly addresses improved student learning through designated student learning outcomes and supports continuous professional development through professional practice goals. Educator Effectiveness is built on Charlotte Danielson’s Framework for Teaching measuring four key areas: Planning and Preparation, Classroom Environment, Instruction, and Professional Responsibilities. The School District of Milton utilizes the Educator Effectiveness System for professional growth, employing a separate appraisal evaluation to evaluate key performance indicators.
