What is the East Way?

At Milton East we have adopted the “East Way” that outline behaviors that will support a positive learning environment.

Students are taught what it means to be Respectful, Responsible, Safe and Kind at Milton East for five different settings in the school (Lunchroom, Playground, Hallway: In & Out, Hallway: Passing, Bathroom). Each setting has a motto, a quick way to remind students of the East Way in that particular setting.

At Milton East Elementary School, we are dedicated to creating a positive and safe learning environment for all students and we value your continued dedication and support. We encourage you to review the East Way behaviors with your child. With your support, we can make a difference!
